Thierry Gachet

Thierry Gachet holds a Degree and Master in Law (speciality in European Law and bilingual French and German) from the University of Fribourg. He obtained the certificate of admission to the Bar from the Canton of Fribourg in 2001 with practical work and training at the practice of Hartmann & Dreyer.

He first collaborated and then became an Associate of Notter, Mégevand & Associates (2002-2005). He completed his legal experience of commercial and administrative law by specializing in the branch of Public Markets. His teaching and research experience was conducted under the direction of Prof. Nicolas Michel (1999-2004) and Prof. Willy Zimmer, Head of the Faculty of Law at the Robert Schuman University of Strasburg (from 2004).

In 2006 Thierry Gachet founded the law practice of LexPublica which provides expert advice in the law of public affairs together with Bernard Ayer.
